AlbumWeb ist eine Software, um Fotoalben und selbstablaufende Diashows (Slideshows) auf HTML-Basis zu erstellen. Es können dazu normale Fotos und Videos genutzt werden. Diese können auch mit Musik/Sound unterlegt werden. Das erstellte Fotoalbum kann per FTP, E-Mail oder gepacktes ZIP-Archiv ins Internet übertragen werden. Auch ein Speichern als HTML (lokal bzw. Internet) wird unterstützt. Zusätzliche 'Plug-Ins' ermöglichen dem Programm, die Alben auch in andere Formate und Formen zu speichern. So wird z.B. Picasa oder Flickr unterstützt. Die Bedienung ist einfach; Anfänger können in wenigen Minuten ein eigenes Album erstellen. Eingebaute Hilfeassistenten können bereits vorhandene Vorlagen nutzen und auf eigene Bedürfnisse anpassen. Einzelne Fotos können mit Überblendeffekten und Animationen versehen werden. Ein Bearbeiten der Fotos wird durch spezielle Tools möglich. So können z.B. Helligkeit u. Kontrast geändert, rote Augen entfernen oder Fotos beschnitten werden. Diese Änderungen werden im Fotoalbum gespeichert, dabei bleiben die originalen Fotos unangetastet. Um Ihre Präsentation interessanter zu gestalten, können Sie den Fotos auch Musik oder Geräusche hinterlegen. Beim Erstellen des Albums können Sie auswählen, wie Sie es veröffentlichen möchten; speichern auf dem lokalen PC, Netzwerk oder im Internet. AlbumWeb erlaubt Ihnen, Ihr Album frei zu gestalten. Sie können Kapitel erstellen, Fotos hinzufügen, ändern und das Aussehen des Albums anpassen. Such-/Schlüsselwörter können den Fotos hinzugefügt werden, die Anzeigedauer der Slideshows können individuell eingestellt werden. Besonders interessant ist die Option, die Präsentation mit Musik bzw. Sound zu hinterlegen. AlbumWeb ist somit das ideale Programm, um Fotos wirkungsvoll und effektiv zu präsentieren, ohne das Programmierkenntnisse in HTML-Sprachen benötigt werden. Die so erstellten Alben benötigen kein Abspielprogramm sondern werden mit jedem Internetbrowser wiedergegeben.

The AlbumWeb is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means: 1. All copyrights to AlbumWeb Pro are exclusively owned by the author - PhotoActions. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use AlbumWeb Pro, you MUST register. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use AlbumWeb on one computer (i.e. a single cpu), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered AlbumWeb software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. 4. The AlbumWeb Pro unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed, and with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified.
