EULA (End User License Agreement) All BrainSpeeder Brain Games and the related software (the "Games" or "Game Client") is the copyrighted work of BrainSpeeder.com (referred to herein as "BrainSpeeder"). By downloading, copying, installing, or otherwise using the Game Client, BrainSpeeder grants you (the "Player" or "User") the rights to use the Games subject to the following terms and conditions. Any and all uses of the Games and the related server website www.brainspeeder.com (the "Game Server" or "Server") are governed by the terms of this End User License Agreement. The Game Client as well as the Server is provided as-is, without warranty of ANY KIND, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. The author shall NOT be held liable for ANY damage to the Player, the Player's computer, or to anyone or anything else, that may result from its use, or misuse. Basically, the Player uses the Game Client and/or Server at his OWN RISK. The Player agrees that he will not, under any circumstances: 1. in whole or in part reproduce, reverse engineer, derive source code from, modify, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Games; 2. modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Game Client in any way not expressly authorized by BrainSpeeder; 3. use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the BrainSpeeder Brain Games experience; BrainSpeeder shall assume no liability for periods in which the Games or the Game Client are unavailable, nor for any resulting interruptions in the use of the Game Server. This EULA may change without notice for future versions of the game.
