DATABASE TOUR PRO 7 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read carefully the terms and conditions of this End User License 
Agreement ("EULA") before installing the Database Tour Pro 
software ("Software"). 
This EULA provides a license to use the software and contains warranty 
information and liability disclaimers. By installing and using the Software 
you accept and agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with 
these terms and conditions, then cancel the installation or, if you have 
already installed the Software, promptly uninstall it and, if you paid for 
the Software, contact Vitaliy Levchenko or the software distributor for a 
refund of the amount that you paid.

OWNERSHIP. You acknowledge and agree that the Software is a product of 
Vitaliy Levchenko. It protected under international copyright law. 
All copyrights are exclusively owned by the author, Vitaliy Levchenko. 

LICENSE GRANT. The Software is shareware. Anyone may use the Software 
for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 24 days. Before 
the expiration of this period you must either register your copy of 
the Software or stop using it and remove it from your system and all 
storage media. Note, that each registered copy of the Software may be 
used in one computer only. The registration gives you rights to use 
the Software for any legal purposes in unlimited time period, receive 
technical support, use all the functionality of the Software and discounts 
on purchasing upgrades.

NO WARRANTIES. The Software is distributed "as is"  WITHOUT WARRANTY OF 
ANY KIND. You use the Software at your own risk. The author shall not be 
liable to you or any third party for any kind of consequences, which occur 
or not occur while using the Software. 

RESTRICTIONS. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, 
translate, or make otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the 
Software. You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the Software. You may not 
modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.
