LICENSE The Linux Management Console software, including documentation, source code, object code and/or additional materials (the "Software") is owned by Dirk Schwarting (the "Author"). This agreement does not provide you with title or ownership of the product, but it provides you with the right of limited use as outlined in this license agreement. The Software author grants you hereby a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use the Software. Single Workstation License This license agreement permits you to use one copy of the Linux Management Console acquired with a "Single Workstation License" on any single computer, presupposed the Linux Management Console is in use on only one computer at any given time. The Linux Management Console is "in use" on a computer, when it is loaded into a temporary memory or installed into a permanent memory (e.g. hard disk, CD ROM or other storage devices) of that computer. Multiple Workstation License This license agreement permits you to use multiple copies of the Linux Management Console at the same time acquired with a "Multiple Workstation License", presupposed the acquired license quantity of the Linux Management Console will not be exceeded at any given time. The Linux Management Console is "in use" on a computer when it is loaded into a temporary memory or installed into a permanent memory (e.g. hard disk, CD ROM or other storage devices) of that computer. Site License This license agreement permits you to use an unlimited number of Linux Management Console installations within your organization acquired with a "Site License". COPYRIGHT Linux Management Console is protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other national laws. You agree that you have no right or title to Linux Management Console. You may not rent, lease, sell or transfer the Software to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble Linux Management Console. LIMITED WARRANTY THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PRODUCT PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR ERROR CORRECTION. THE AUTHOR OF LINUX MANAGEMENT CONSOLE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
