The license contract for the program
PVC Windows Designer in the demo version
The subject of the contract is to grant the license to use the program, the PVC Windows Designer in the demo version hereinafter referred to as the Program.
The contract is made between:
the company ProSysInfo hereinafter referred to as “the Licensor”
and
the person installing, and operating the Program hereinafter referred to as “the Licensee”.
This contract is made with the installation of the Program by the Licensee.
§ 1
1. All copyrights to all components of the Program are entitled to the Licensor.
2. The Program is protected by copyright, international contracts on copyright and other laws. Violation of these rights is subject to criminal and civil liability.
§ 2
1. The Licensee shall be entitled to use the Program for maximum of 31 days from the date of installation only on a single computer. The Licensee shall be entitled to run the Program up to 100 times. After that period, or when the Licensee shall reach the limit of starts, the Program should be uninstalled. Otherwise there is breach of this contract.
2. The Licensee shall be entitled to share the Program to third parties through any media under the following conditions, completed a total of:
a) the Program is allowed only as the demo version,
b) the Program shall be distributed only in the form in which it was disclosed by the Licensor,
3. Entitlements of the Licensee under this contract shall expire upon the termination of the contract, which occurs when the infringement by you of any of its provisions.
§ 3
1. The Licensee shall not be allowed to:
a) disassemble, decompile, or any other copy or reverse engineering of the Program’s code,
b) the disseminate and share of individual components of the Program files,
c) develop and expand the Program,
d) the exploit commercially the Program.
§ 4
1. The Licensor shall not be liable for damages resulting from the operation of the Program, nor shall give any warranty and guarantee for defects in the Program.
2. In addition, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages (including lost profits) incurred by you arising from the use or inability to use the Program.
3. The Licensee shall be responsible for the use of the Program.
