PractiCount and Invoice

PractiCount and Invoice ist ein leistungsfaehiges Textzaehl- und Rechnungserstellungs-Software fuer freiberufliche Uebersetzer, Uebersetzungs- und Lokalisierungsbueros, medizinische Phonotypisten und Phonotypie-Bueros, Autoren, Projektmanagers und andere Sprachprofis, deren Preisangebote und Rechnungen auf dem Umfang des bearbeiteten Textes basieren. Dieses Werkzeug kann gesamte Gruppen von mehreren Word-, PowerPoint-, Excel-, WordPerfect-, HTML- und PDF-Dateien in Ordnern und Unterordnern auf den Laufwerken zaehlen. Einstellbare Wort-, Zeilen-, Seitenzaehl-Optionen ermoeglichen die Einstellung der Zeilen- und Seitenparameter entsprechen der Wort- und Zeichenzahl. Moeglichket, den Text in Textfeldern, Kopf- und Fusszeilen, Fuss- und Endnoten sowie in Anmerkungen und eingefuegten Objekten zu zaehlen, die in den Wortzaehlfunktionen der Haupt-Wordprozessoren fehlt. Moeglichkeit, den Preis nach Woertern, Zeilen oder Seiten in beliebiger Waehrung der Welt festzusetzen. Auf Wunsch verschiedene Preisbildung fuer verschiedene Dateitypen. Moeglichkeit, benutzerdefinierte Word-Trennzeichen fuer genauere Zaehlergebnisse einzustellen. Ausfuehrliche Aufzeichnungen koennen ausgedruckt oder in Excel- bzw. Word-Dateien exportiert werden. Integrierte Kundendatenbanken ermoeglichen es Ihnen, persoenliche Einstellungen fuer jeden Kunden zu speichern und Rechnungen mit einem Klick zu erstellen. Automatische Kalkulation der Steuer, Nachlaesse, Zuschlaege bei der Rechnungserstellung. Rechnungen koennen nach rtf exportiert werden, was anschliessende Bearbeitung in anderen Anwendungen wie MS Word moeglich macht.
