This Aspex Software end-user agreement is a legal agreement between you, either an individual or a single institution or an authorised body such as a Local Education Authority and Aspex Software for the Aspex Software product identified above. By installing this software and / or using any software media or written materials that accompany it, or carrying out any of the authorised activities, you agree to be bound by the terms of the license agreement Your total license limit for the software named above is the sum total of the number of users stated on all the license agreements which you hold for the same software. The terms of its use are detailed below. Aspex Software provides this publication within the rules of the copyright and licenses its use to the purchaser. This license means that: You may: Trial License Use, or load into temporary memory or permanent storage a single copy of the software or multiple copies of the software on any number of computers. The trial version runs for limited periods of time and can be fully activated by purchasing a single user license key, or a site license key, whereupon the following end user license agreement comes into force: Single User License Use (load into temporary memory or permanent storage) a single copy of the software product only. Site License 1. If the software is accompanied by a Multiple License Agreement Certificate you may run additional copies of the computer software portion of the software product up to the number of copies specified by the Multiple License Agreement. 2. Load the software on to a computer network within the purchasing institution. If this network is linked to any network which extends outside the purchasing institution then the software may only be installed in a manner whereby it is not accessible to other machines outside the purchasing institution. 3.Copy the software freely within the purchasing institution. Where the total number of copies exceeds your total Multiple License Agreement limit you must have a reasonable process to assure that the number of persons using the software concurrently does not exceed this limit. You may not: Use more copies of fully activated software, concurrently, than your total license limit. Copy, install or distribute the software without taking reasonable measures to ensure that the number of concurrent users remains within the total license limit. Use the software or make it available for use in any location other than the purchasing institution. Rent or lease the software or any part of the publication. Copy any part of the documentation, except where specifically indicated otherwise. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software. Make copies of the software, other than as detailed above. Install the software on any networked computer in a way that could allow access to it from any machine outside the purchasing institution. Use the software in any way not specified above without the prior written permission of Aspex Software.This is a legal agreement between you, the user , and Aspex Software. By retaining this license, any software media or written materials that accompany it or carrying out any of the authorised activities you agree to be bound by the terms of the license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, return the entire publication (this license and all software media, written materials, packaging and any other components received with it) with your sales receipt, straightaway to your supplier for a full refund. LIMITED WARRANTY Aspex Software warrants that the software media are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for ninety (90) days from the date you received them. This warranty is limited to you and is not transferable. Neither Aspex Software nor the author(s) warrant that the functions of the software will meet your requirements or that the media is compatible with any computer system on which it is used or that operation of the software will be unlimited or error free. You assume responsibility for selecting the software to achieve your intended results and for the installation of, the use of and the results obtained from the software. The entire liability of Aspex Software and its suppliers, and your exclusive remedy shall be (a) return of the price paid for the publication or (b) replacement of the components that do not meet this warranty. This limited warranty is void if any damage has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication service or modification by someone other than Aspex Software. In no event shall Aspex Software or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of installation of the software or incompatibility with any computer system or technical limitation of the software or use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Neither Aspex Software nor the author(s) will be liable for any loss or damage of any nature suffered by any party as a result of reliance upon or reproduction of or any errors in any contents of the publication.
