USB Analyzer

USB Analyzer ist ein starkes Tool um Vorgänge von USB Ports auf Windows zu kontrollieren. Es ermöglicht das Anfangen, Anzeigen, Aufnehmen und Analysieren von Daten, die von Anwendungen und Geräten über den USB Port des Systems ausgetauscht werden. Die gesammelten Daten sind wertvoll für effizientes Codieren, Testen und Optimieren von Softwares, was dieses Tool essentiell für die Entwicklung von Softwares, USB Gerätetreiber und Hardware macht. Der USB Analyzer stellt eine praktische Übersicht aller im System verfügbaren USB Geräte zur Verfügung – entweder als einfache Liste oder als hierarchischen Baum. Die Software erkennt ein Gerät sofort wenn es an einen Port angeschlossen wurde und kann die Überwachung der Aktivitäten des Ports direkt in Echtzeit beginnen. Die genannten Daten beinhalten sowohl alle ein- und ausgehenden Daten, als auch IRPs, URBs, IOCTLs, welche durch ein USB Gerät fließen. Die gesammelten Daten werden entweder als grober Hex Dump oder in einem entschlüsselten von Menschen lesbaren Format dargestellt. Um lediglich relevante Daten anzeigen zu lassen, kann sowohl ein dynamischer Filter angewandt werden, als auch praktische Suchfunktionen verwendet werden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit Markierungen der aufgenommen Daten zu setzen, welche in der Haupt GUI angezeigt werden. Sie können automatisch zwischen dazugehörigen Ausgangs- und Eingangspaketen wählen, es ist nicht nötig, diese manuell zusammenzuführen. Die gesammelten Daten können in einer binären Datei gespeichert werden und in eines der folgenden Formate exportiert werden – TXT, CSV, XML, json oder HTML. Dies hat sich als hilfreich für die spätere Analyse der Daten bewiesen. Die Anwendung unterstützt USB 3.0 Geräte und USB Root Hubs.
